Soy contains isoflavones, which are a type of phytoestrogen, which is a plant compound resembling human estrogen. Soy phytoestrogens are known to disrupt endocrine function, may cause infertility, and may promote breast cancer in women. Soy also has many political reasons why people choose soy free products.  In addition, soy is not a natural grain that chickens can safely eat, because it has to be processed for them to be able to digest. We do not use corn in the diet because a lot of corn is GMO.Genetically modified organism, alters the flora of the digestive lining, which is our protection from invasion of parasitic viral infections.  There have been studies the show that Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) grains alter your gut lining (flora) by Horizontal Gene Transfer (HGT). 

 

The grains that we use are whole berries, ground at the time of milling.  For nutritional reasons we hammer whole grains, due to the instance they are milled the oxidation process starts. Oxidization in grain starts the break down process of the protein, which means the feed looses its nutritional value.  Commercial grain by-products have set in a warehouse for an extensive amount of time before being used in feed. 

Our feed is made by order, to assure the freshest feed possible for your animals. 

 

 

We pride ourselves that we make Complete feeds.  Our feeds are formulated for animals complete nutritional needs based on their development.  We use Fertrells Organic Nutri—Balancer that has pro-biotics that help with health issues that occur in poultry. For the added calcium in the layer mix we use Calcium Carbonate which is ground limestone.  So it is natural from the earth.
