Beef CSA Share

All our beef is Grass Fed on our Organic Pastures. We have our beef slaughtered on our place, so the animals are not stressed. We use a local butcher for processing to cut down on transportation. Our beef is very lean, and the burger is normally about 95% lean.

Ground Sirloin Burger ($150) - With this share you receive 10 lbs of Grass Fed Ground Sirloin Burger a month for 6 months delivered to your doorstep. You can also add to any share for $2.50 / lb.

Combo Beef ($300) - With this share you receive 10 lbs of Grass Feed Beef a month for 6 months to your doorstep. The beef consists of 30 lbs of Ground Burger, 15 lbs steaks, 15 lbs roasts, totaling 60 lbs.

Egg CSA Share

Our eggs are from our free range hens. They are also fed our Cascade Layer Poultry Feed, which is Certified Organic and Corn and Soy Free. You will enjoy a variety of colored eggs, because we have a variety of chickens. The Egg CSA Share is one dozen farm fresh eggs. You can sign up for weekly, every other week, or monthly shares, depending on how many eggs your family uses.

Vegetable CSA Share

Vegetable CSA Share—$875
The Garden CSA Share will include weekly shares of 6-10 different organic herbs and vegetables for a family of 4 for 25 weeks ( June thru November). Please remember that the quantity in the shares will vary through out the season, depending on what is in season to be harvested. We will be growing over 65 different herbs and vegetables for you to enjoy, so get your taste buds ready.

Half Vegetable CSA Share—$500
The Garden CSA Share will include weekly shares of 3-6 different herbs and vegetables for 1 –2 people. Everything else is the same as full share.

Chicken CSA Share

Chicken CSA Share—$240
Enjoy Organic, Corn and Soy Free, Free Range Chicken. Our chickens are raised, truly Free Range, they are confined at dark for their safety, but other than that they have no fences to stop them from grazing in wide open pastures. With the Chicken CSA Share you will receive 1 (5 lb) chicken every other week. So a total of 12 chickens(60 lbs) @ $4.00lb. You can always add more chickens to your share for $4.00 / lb.

Milk Herdshare CSA

The Milk CSA Share is 1 gallon of Fresh, Raw cows milk per week for 25 weeks. You can always add an extra gallon to your share for $5.00/gallon. Bessie enjoys Organic, Corn and Soy free feed. She spends her days eating grass in her 15 acre pasture. We pride ourselves in keeping the milk clean and sanitary, which is why she is milked with a machine to prevent contamination . Then the milk is strained, and put into precooled glass jar, and into the refridgerater for chilling.
